LOAN REQUISITES  

As monstrous as the task of availing a Home Loan might seem, the fact is that it is very simple, if organized.

Every Home Loan Applications require the following supporting documents. Please provide photocopies of these.

1) PROOF OF AGE, IDENTITY AND ADDRESS: Provide photocopies of  

• Passport
• Voter ID
• PAN
• Birth Certificate and
• 10 Std Certificate

2) TAX DOCUMENTS: Provide photocopies of  

• The last three years FORM 16 provided by your employers.
• For the self employed: Provide your income tax returns with computation details for the last three years, duly certified by a chartered Accountant, besides three years profit and Loss accounts and income Tax return of your firm.

3) SALARY SLIP: Provide photocopies of  

• Pay slip of the proceeding six months.
• If the pay slip doesn’t have your employers name and your designation, other documents like your appointment letter can be produced.

4) BANK PASS BOOK OR STATEMENT: Provide photocopies of  

• Bank statement or your passbook, giving transaction details for the last six months. (These documents indicate the amount and stability of your income, saving and spending habits, besides loan obligations.)

5) CHECK LEAVES:  

• You need check leaves handy for signing post/ dated and other payments

6) OTHER DOCUMENTS: Please provide  

• Brochures about the company or its website address, if your company is not a popular one
• Details of investments (if any) to assure the lenders that you can pay the down payment and cover other costs
